I locked my keys in the trunk. I called 2 of the top 5 auto locksmiths under the Thumbnail app. Each came out, spent over 30 minutes trying to get in thru the driver side doors but couldn’t get in. One called in a friend that could pick locks but the BMW tool was for years 2003 and above. All three of these guys were very pleasant but couldn’t do the job. Mr Jackson of MJslocksmith graciously came out late this evening and had my trunk open in 5 minutes‼️ He went through the trunk where the keys were. MJslocksmith will now be my 1st choice for any services they provide. 5 minutes‼️

From a kiosk machine in Kroger... Bought a copy of my apartment complex gate card. Machine couldn’t dispense it immediately but I bought it anyway. Delivered right on time by post office, key card works great.

As soon as I called back for an estimate for a previously scheduled appointment they suddenly ghosted me. During my initial call they were rude and seemed to have a strong desire to avoid talking about price. EDIT: After being transferred between three people and spending 28 minutes on hold they hung up on me. Avoid this company. Watch the CBC marketplace special on Locksmith scams. Learn how an ethical locksmith behaves. This company is flashing warning signs from that special. I don't for instance believe that this company is actually large enough to require the phone tree and automated systems they pretend to have. Nor do I believe they actually have them. The hold line is generic leaving out any company name. What i believe is happening is that the operator will play a recording of a hold line, but if you listen carefully you can actually hear voices of people speaking nearby when the recording was made. Please don't use this company. You are likely to get price gouged.

Thanks a ton to Urban Automotive Locksmith. Their team came on time, replaced few expired locks, and installed new deadbolts (pins too) in the main door lock. Just because of these fine services, I escaped from a break-in attempt. Burglars couldn’t open the lock, just damaged a bit. Would recommend.
